Weeks pass and Lance becomes increasingly frustrated by the lack of progress in the investigation. He decides to take the law into his own hands and avenge David’s death himself. With the help of an old army colleague, he pursues the perpetrators through the murky depths of the London drugs underworld, imposing his own brand of justice along the way, but has he bitten off more than he can chew?
With the drug-dealers having their own moles in the Metropolitan Police, Lance soon learns that it is difficult to tell friend from foe. The tables quickly turn against him and the hunter soon becomes the hunted. To make matters worse, his activities also attract the attention of far more sinister forces from outside the capital controlled by a ruthless and enigmatic Bosnian war criminal turned master drug smuggler, the mysterious Mister Josiah.
Their only hope for survival is to fight a desperate war of attrition against overwhelming forces where no prisoners are taken or quarter given....

Good concept, very poor writing. I hate starting a book and not finishing, but as hard as I tried, I just could not finish it. I struggled, page after page of very poor grade nine writing. This book needs proofing, editing etc.Product details

If the book is as good as the first few chapters that I have read, it will be a winner. I believe it will be a best seller. Way to go, Rowan! Am already looking forward to your next book.
